Salon Privé Ladies Day VIP Ticket, Thur 5th September, 11am - 5pm

The Boodles Ladies’ Day at Salon Privé has become a very firm fixture on the social calendar. As with every other day, it’s relaxed and uncrowded but there is definitely a sense of friendly competition in the air on Thursday as ladies arrive in beautiful, often flamboyant hats and equally stunning dresses, each hoping to be crowned Boodles Best Dressed Lady, with the winner going home with a stunning piece of Boodles jewellery. It’s a vibrant day full of colour and excitement which sees the final selection of ladies escorted to one of the awaiting classic cars and driven around the event before returning to the Boodles marquee and awaiting the final decision.

The Salon Privé Ball VIP Tickets, Thur 6th September, 7pm - 1 am

Celebrate the end of Summer in style with The Salon Privé Ball in support of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. The evening commences with a Pommery Champagne reception on the lawns and a chance to see all of the super and
classic cars on display before moving inside to the Garden Room Marquee for a 3 course dinner, live auction, live entertainment and DJ.

The Garden Room Marquee, located adjacent to the Classic Car lawns with seating for up to 600 guests

The Garden Room Marquee at Syon Park is located in the gardens adjacent to the Super Car and Classic Car Lawns. This spectacular venue offers reserved seating for up to 600 guests and is therefore ideal for larger corporate luncheons or dinners. The daytime package includes luncheon with table service, English afternoon tea, Pommery Champagne, selected wines and complimentary bar.

Canapés and a bespoke 3 course menu available upon request. Menu prepared by CREATE.


The Private Hospitality Suite, caters for 24 guests with private outdoor dinning

Located on the Concours Lawn and catering for 24 guests, the Private Hospitality Suite comprises of a witches hat marquee, wooden flooring, lining, lighting, sofa, chairs and coffee table as well as an adjoining private paddock area furnished with tables, chairs and parasols. Quite simply, it offers private outdoor dining at its very best and it is the
perfect opportunity to entertain clients, customers and colleagues in the most luxurious of surroundings. Morning coffee, lobster luncheon, English afternoon tea and drinks will be delivered to your marquee and served as a buffet by your very own Salon Privé hostess.


The Duke of Northumberland's Private Dining Room & The Green Drawing Room, the very best hospitality with Bespoke Chef ’s Menu & Bespoke Chef Gourmand Dining available with private seating for 24 guests.

To this day, The Duke entertains family and friends in his Private Dining Room and much of the furniture in here, including the mahogany extending table and the dining chairs, dates back to the early 19th century. Other furnishings
date back to 1770. As with a lot of the rooms at Syon House, the room was remodelled by Robert Adams and spectacular 17th and 18th century paintings adorn the walls. This is private dining at its most prestigious and is the crème de la crème of our hospitality offering. The Private Dining Room is not normally available at Syon but is kindly offered to us by The Duke of Northumberland. On arrival guests meet in The Green Drawing Room for a Pommery Champagne Reception before being shown into the adjoining Private Dining Room, where 24 guests are seated on early 19th century furniture. Our catering partners, Absolute Taste, collaborate with many renowned and famous chefs that they can approach on your behalf to create a fabulous menu to suit all occasions.


The State Dining Room, overlooks the lawn on which the Concours d’Elégance is located with dining for 50 - 80 guests on 8 round tables or 1 long rectagular table.

One of Robert Adams more grand designs with its arched recesses, halfdomes and columns and spectacular ceiling plaster, the State Dining Room is a wonderfully light and airy room that overlooks the lawns on which the Concours d’Elégance is located, accessed via The Red Drawing Room. The State Dining Rooms offers flexible dining for between 50 and 80 guests depending upon the table configuration which can either be a combination of 8 rounds or 1 long rectangular table.

The Great Conservatory, standing party of up to 200 guests and sit down dinner available for up to 150 guests

The Great Conservatory was built in 1826 and today sits within its own private walled garden complete with ornamental fountain and beautifully manicured lawns designed by Capability Brown (Kew Gardens, Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle). It is a breath-taking structure that offers great flexibility for daytime or evening entertaining. The Great Conservatory works extremely well for both corporate and personal Functions, for example as a stylish party or drinks party for up to 200 guests or alternatively, a sit down dinner for up to 150 guests.
