- 9.00am Gates open Breakfast is served
- 10.45am Play starts
- 11.00am Bar opens
- 2.15pm Champagne reception followed by lunch
- 3.00pm Play resumes
- 4.30pm Afternoon tea is served
- 6.30pm End of play Post match refreshments are served
- 7.00pm Bar closes (or 30 minutes after the close of play, whichever is the earliest)
- 7.30pm Hospitality area closes and guests depart (or one hour after the close of play)
The Robin Smith Suite
This premier glass-fronted suite is situated in the main pavilion behind the bowler's arm in the Atrium. Exclusive reserved seating on the Roof Terrace provides the ultimate vantage point from which to watch world class cricket.
The Chairman's Tables
New for 2012, these exclusive tables are located in the Robin Smith Suite. Tables are available for 9 guests, plus enjoy the company of a sporting or media personality who will host the table.
The Shane Warne Suite
Named after the former Hampshire captain and Australian legend, the Shane Warne Suite takes pride of place within the new West Stand. This suite epitomises great hospitality - fabulous food and magnificent views along with a guest celebrity cricket speaker.
Hambledon Boxes
The Hambledon Boxes are located in the Atrium with seats in the bowl behind the bowler's arm. Each box is equipped with a plasma TV and bar. Boxes are available for either 24 or 36 guests.
The Shaun Udal Suite
Shaun Udal played for Hampshire for 20 years and the glass-fronted suite, named after Shaun Udal, is located within the new stand on the east side of the Bowl. The suite is enhanced by fantastic views of the pitch.
Executive Boxes
Choose one of our private boxes to host your clients, friends or colleagues. Each box is equipped with a plasma TV and bar. With your seats directly outside each box you will not miss any of the cricketing action.
