Chelsea Flower Show VIP Hospitality 2013

Cavendish has been taking guests to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for over 30 years, introducing them to the delights of he show's VIP Hospitality packages.

As ever, Cavendish is offering the very best in VIP hospitality at the numerous facilities throughout the event in 2013.

There are 6 packages available offering the very best in corporate hospitality and entertainment ranging from all day packages to just evening sessions and new to 2013 double session, combining day and evening.

All hospitality takes places within the RHS Hospitality Village either in the Chelsea Club which is the official shared restaurant or in a private pavilion, available for 40 or 80 guests.

The Monarch - No minimum numbers required for the Chelsea Club, private tables are guaranteed for 10 guests. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests. 

The Jubilee - No minimum numbers required for the Chelsea Club, private tables are guaranteed for 10 guests. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests and a private viewing on Tuesday and Wednesday is included for pavilion holders.

The Royale - No minimum numbers required for the Chelsea Club. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 60 guests.

The Sovereign - No minimum numbers required for the Chelsea Club. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests. Only available on the last day when plants from featured gardens and displays can be purchased!

The Buckingham - Private pavilions can be resreved for 40 guests during the day and a further 40 guests in the evening.

The Kensington - Private pavilions can be reserved for 40 guests during the day and 60 guests in the evening.

The Royale Evening Package

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to view the exquisite floral displays, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and canapés.

Your Package will include:
  • Admission to the show
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 7.00 pm
  • An elegant reception with free flowing Laurent-Perrier Champagne and a variety of the most exquisite hot and cold canapés
  • Complimentary bar, Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Fortnum’s house wines, London beers and ale, pimms, juices and homemade lemonades, mineral waters an soft drinks
  • Live entertainment
  • Village hosting staff in attendance
  • Event documentation
* Please note the show closes at 8.00 pm by which time guests are required to return to their hospitality facility. All guests must depart the grounds by 10.00 pm.

The Jubilee Evening Package

Following an afternoon viewing of the show, guests will enjoy an evening’s hospitality of champagne and canapés, followed by a superior four - course dinner.

Your Hospitality Package will include:
  • Admission to the show from 3.30 pm
  • Champagne and canapé reception from 7.00 pm, with an opportunity to return to the showground for another viewing
  • Four course dinner, menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill include a cheese board offering a wide selection of Fortnum’s finest British cheeses
  • Complimentary bar; Fortnum’s house wines, London beers and ale, pimms, juices and homemade lemonades, mineral waters and soft drinks
  • Horticultural expert in attendance
  • Show catalogue
  • Village hosting staff in attendance
  • Event documentation
*Tuesday and Wednesday includes private viewing. Friday, no private viewing, dinner is served from 8pm - 10.00pm. All guests must depart the ground by 10.00pm.

The Buckingham is a combination of the Monarch day package and the Jubilee evening package offering enhanced opportunities to brand and personalise the hospitality space.

  • 2 free staff access passes throughout the day and access for technical support
  • Choice of a range of colours of glasses and napkins
  • Further wine list and/or all day champagne available on request
  • Entrance ticket to the show
  • Show catalogue
  • Morning service including a hot breakfast plate and an array of breakfast treats
  • Welcome glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne
  • Four course luncheon, menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill
