Cavendish has been taking guests to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for over 30 years, introducing them to the delights of their VIP Hospitality Packages.

As ever, Cavendish is offering the very best in VIP hospitality at the numerous facilities throughout the event in 2012.

There are 4 packages available offering the very best in corporate hospitality and entertainment ranging from all day packages, to just evening sessions and the Directors Hospitality Package.

Private Chalet's are also available throughout the event offering up the very best in VIP hospitality ranging from 32 to a maximum of 120 guests.

With more and more of the exhibitors showing their creativity and imagination in breaking the mould of the ‘archetypal’ garden, the show looks to be even more beautiful and fascinating than ever. Champagne and Canapés Package

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to view the exquisite floral displays, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and canapés.

Your Champagne and Canapés Package will include:
  • Admission to the show from 3.30 pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 7.00 pm - 9.30 pm to include complimentary bar
  • Champagne & canapés served during the evening from 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm (show closes 8.00 pm)
  • Show catalogue
  • Hostess in attendance to ensure the smooth running of your evening
  • Guest wallet containing the evening's itinerary and information
  • Private chalets are available for 60 guests or 120 guests with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared 'Chelsea Club' facility 
* Please note the show closes at 8.00 pm by which time guests are required to return to their hospitality facility. All guests must depart the grounds by 10.00 pm.

Chairman's Evening Package

Following an afternoon viewing of the show, guests will enjoy an evening’s hospitality of champagne and canapés, followed by a superior four - course dinner.

Your Chairman's Evening Hospitality Package will include:
  • Admission to the show, giving guests access to the show ground from 3.30 pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 3.30 pm
  • Traditional afternoon tea available from 4 pm to 5.00 pm
  • 'Grande Marque' champagne & canapés reception from 7 pm (show closes 8.00 pm)
  • Full complimentary bar from 3.30 pm - 9.30 pm
  • Four course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility at 8.00 pm (depart show ground 10.00 pm)
  • Show catalogue
  • Hostess in attendance to ensure the smooth running of your evening
  • Guest wallet containing the evening's itinerary
  • Private chalets are available for 40 or 80 guests on Wednesday and for a minimum of 30 guests on Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility

  • Private chalets are available for 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday, and for a minimum of 30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility
