Brief: To create an unforgettable experience as part of an internal incentive scheme for 10 members of staff. The preference was for an international destination possibly involving winter sports.
Response to Brief: Cavendish’s Special Event Services team proposed an ‘Olympic Experience’ with a weekend trip to the Lillehammer Olympic Park in Lillehammer, Norway. Based at the Molla Hotel in Lillehammer, the group enjoyed a full range of winter sports activities including a trip down the Olympic bobsleigh run, as well as a snow ‘scooter’ safari, toboganning and head first down the run on the ‘skeleton’. Fully accompanied by Cavendish event management staff, the trip included accommodation, flights, transfers and all meals
